Refund and Replacement Policy

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. You can contact us at Support@BabyDelta.Com.

Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

-Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit.

-We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: BabyDelta will not be held liable for any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.

 

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive a partial refund as we have already started in the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times. However, We cannot cancel our high-demand sale items because these items have already been processed and shipped out of our facilities asap. If you are unsatisfied with the product when you receive it then you can return it to a return address and pay for the shipping to our shipment center. Once the product is received we will determine if it is functional and refundable. 

What is my orders processing time?

Our processing times for all orders can take anywhere between 24-48 hours. Please note high demand promotional items may take even longer, due to popularity. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 12-20 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Other countries can take 15-30 business days due to product clearance upon arrival within the destination country. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are a global e-commerce site and can ship to your country.
