How long does delivery take?

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Shipping may be delayed. If you are unsure about the delivery in your country please contact us before purchasing. You can contact us directly on our contact page and we will do our best to give you the latest information about your countries delivery status.

Pacifier

When you order it takes time to customize your pacifier. Your pacifier is handmade and to order so please take this into consideration. Allow 7-10 days for the order to process. Shipping times generally take between 7-15 working days to arrive, but it also depends on the shipping method you choose. If you have a deadline for a Baby Shower or birthday etc, allow 25 business days for shipping to be on the safe side. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your pacifier has shipped. 

US only – The shipping is free. The US shipping time is 7-15 working days + processing times. However, the average shipping time is 12 working days to most states. If you are unsure be sure to contact us via our live chat on Facebook for any information.

UK only – The UK is our fastest shipping country. Deliveries will typically take 3 weeks in total from the time you order to the time you receive unless there are some other reasons for delays. Shipping is free.

Australia only – Free shipping and the delivery is faster than our regular delivery.

New Zealand only – Free Shipping. Shipping time is 21 days + processing time.

Singapore only – Free Shipping. Shipping time is 21 days + processing time.

If you have not received your order within 90 days from your purchase we will issue a full refund.

90 Day Refund Policy

If your item is not received within 90 days from when it was shipped, we issue a full refund. 

Please take into consideration that your pacifier is made uniquely with your baby’s name and can’t be re sold, therefore cannot be returned.

General returns

If you are not satisfied or there are damages to the Pacifier please email us within 3 days.

We have used a coating on the box that resembles precious metals. Keep in mind these are not True gold plated, or is the box or any of it’s parts true Gold metal. 

The box is made out of plastic.

The box may not look exactly like it does in the example images due to lighting etc.
